This policy explains what Finova collects when you use this site, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Finova is invoicing and accounts software for freelancers and small businesses.
When you create an account and use Finova, we hold:
The clients, invoices and figures you enter are yours. We do not read them for marketing, we do not sell them, and no other Finova user can see them. Each record is tied to your account.
Finova sets a session cookie to keep you signed in. Your day or night theme choice is stored in your browser, not on our servers. Blocking cookies will stop you from staying logged in.
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never as readable text — not even we can see them. The site runs over HTTPS. That said, no system is perfect, so use a strong password you do not reuse elsewhere.
Your records stay as long as your account is open. To delete your account and its data, write to finova@toolsgpt.in from your registered email. Some transaction records may be kept where the law requires it.
You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to finova@toolsgpt.in and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Finova is meant for business use and is not intended for anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Continuing to use Finova means you accept the current version.
